Vieira, Costa Gomes defines and proposes the appropriate legal and procedural strategies towards the fulfilment of its Clients' goals.
To that purpose, Vieira, Costa Gomes represents its Clients in Administrative and Fiscal Courts, performing all functions concerning judicial representation in administrative litigation, namely special administrative actions for the refutation of administrative acts, common administrative actions for declaring the illegality of regulations, common non-contractual civil liability actions concerning the State and other public institutions, actions related to contractual disputes, as well as all types of restriction orders and urgent proceedings.
